The Farm

So Toni and I finally went to The Farm at Al Barari this weekend, for late lunch. I’ve been wanting to try this place since they launched last year and I’m glad we waited because I’ve been reading reviews about the restaurant and constant “poor service” is said about them, which is different from what we experienced yesterday.

They give fresh bread and vegetable chips while you wait. You can buy the chips from them for 14 dirhams per 75gm bags as well.

Among those we tried this is my favorite, Tomato Tatin. It’s orgasmic!

The rib eye steak was seasoned perfectly and tender. The coffee is also good, they use Raw.

The dessert! I loved the Carrot cake and the Lemongrass Creme Brulee!

To keep it short, concept and scenery is lovely, the price is worth it, the menu and food is really good and the service wasn’t as bad I as expected it (could use more staff, but they’re nice).
