While at the Bacardi Museum at Sitges, they taught us how to make a mojito.
1. Cut lime into wedges and put them into a highball glass.
2. Add sugar and muddle (aka mix). Basically push the lime wedges with a metal or wooden spoon to extract the juice.
3. Add mint leaves and muddle, lightly this time.
4. Put some crushed ice and Bacardi Superior Rhum.
5. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

6. Put more ice and add soda water, stir again.
